Rue Addis

Our Story

French craft. Addis warmth. A table held still above the street.

The name

Rue Addis means Addis Street.

At its heart, Rue Addis is inspired by the elegance of French dining — food not merely prepared, but crafted as an experience. We draw from French culinary tradition and presentation, then blend it with the warmth, culture, and spirit of Addis Ababa.

The city of Addis Ababa seen from elevation

The vantage

The city, from above.

We sit on the 4th floor of the CBE Headquarters — the tallest building in East Africa. Elevation is part of the evening: not merely an address, but a way the night feels.
